Most of the people in the organization are cooperative and helpful. Senior management is highly capable of creating sustained growth in the organization, providing ample opportunities to learn.

Absence of well defined organizational structure/hierarchy. Centralized decision making. No proper appraisal methodology in place- depends entirely on perceptions of a handful of people.

Inhuman managers treating teams like robots and bonded labour. Your designation decides if you will get a reply to email or not, not the subject. And HR is equally dumb to leak every report to the immediate manager and management. They deduct salary if you are late even by 1min but don't pay you for over time and expect you to work overtime without pay as your loyalty, dedication, and duty towards the organisation and help it grow while you burnout....Read More

The Hiring Process is Normal, By Hr it good, but by the respective team manager ( Account team ) is very bad. That manager is not good behaviour. At last they hold the job & telling as we can gave the salary as 7% hike only, where as existing company needs to pay the 15-20 % Hike. Very bad Experiance

Hod or RA hopeless person He will be sleeping partner with few companies. He will bring them as an vendor to sobha. Prices are too high as compared to market.if any questions arises.he will take personal action on concerned site incharge. Not bothering about the hard working people. Will try to fetch wrong evidence and false allegations on people. If he doesn't likes them. Complete monarchy rule. He will interact bottom people. Bottom people who works under him. Don't join sobha, they are actually fraud people like vitas. When you are in leave they remove people easily. They are not given my salary and incentives, be careful from sovin this person looks like very gentlemen, but is totally fraud person. Don't buy any sobha project they are just playing quality quality.
