The exposure in learning is better and have chances for implementing our innovations. Good training is assisted from the site and academy.

Dislikes

High politics, doesn't consider and pay for the hardwork. Worst work life balance. Overruling of safety and quality team

Work Details

Worst work life.. the superiors are not even considering the welfare of the staffs, have to work on Sundays, holidays and even on late nights

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
