Work culture is very bad they dont provide incentives on time, false promises at the time of interview, no hr policies, no ethics managers does not even know how to speak with their employees. Very poor quality of leads. No growth.

Heyyy team It was really memorable. Managers are good and supportive... organization has good infrastructure, it's a profesional company I must say. Training was effective and quite informative. It's just they have alternate saturdays off rest I had a great experience during my employment with SNVA.

I had an interview scheduled at snva for a job position. Throughout the process, they were very organised and professional. They focused on candidates maintaining a structured interview format. When i needed to return home die to an emergency i informed the hr team, they accommodated my request and rescheduled the interview at my convenient time.
