Work culture is very bad they dont provide incentives on time, false promises at the time of interview, no hr policies, no ethics managers does not even know how to speak with their employees. Very poor quality of leads. No growth.

I like because I was the nursing incharge in Delhi medical Department. One thing is good about this company that HR team is always ready to help especially Ms. Farzin Desai. Thanking you

There is no importance of medical staff. we did extra shift or extra hours but they did not give overtime not even duty compensation. There is no cooperation in the staff specially in the medical staff of delhi. Coordination is part of job but i didn't get the coordination from my colleagues and not even get it from my managers. So actually I m not satisfied with the environment of this company and I never felt secure in this SNVA company. This is the reason I don't want to work in this company anymore....Read More

I am sharing this review as my personal experience they hired me for UK holiday process when I joined the organization they put me in domestic process saying you need to sit for few days once rest people joined we wil start the holiday process. Don't joined this company they don't have UK holiday process neither the team. If you join the process they will put you in domestic market.They will play with you carrier so don't join this organization. Neither they have incentive plans in UK holiday market nor the process. Heyyy team It was really memorable. Managers are good and supportive... organization has good infrastructure, it's a profesional company I must say. Training was effective and quite informative. It's just they have alternate saturdays off rest I had a great experience during my employment with SNVA.
