There is no importance of medical staff. we did extra shift or extra hours but they did not give overtime not even duty compensation. There is no cooperation in the staff specially in the medical staff of delhi. Coordination is part of job but i didn't get the coordination from my colleagues and not even get it from my managers. Don't joined this company they don't have UK holiday process neither the team.
