I had an interview scheduled at snva for a job position. Throughout the process, they were very organised and professional. They focused on candidates maintaining a structured interview format. When i needed to return home die to an emergency i informed the hr team, they accommodated my request and rescheduled the interview at my convenient time. They also kept me informed about the results in a timely manner. Although i didnt proceed to the final round , it still left an impression on them through interview process....Read More

I have joined just a week ago and the company infrastructure and environment is soo good it is well managed and it is good for the new joiners and employee to grow their skills.

Sometimes the employees in the night shift steal the mouse to use and in the morning you have to find it out where it is this is frustrating.

They will ask you to sell the products of fake university. No cafeteria, strict for break, if you will inform for leave even then it will be marked as unapproved and 2 days salary will be deducted. No response from the HR regarding any query. Even if the break is exceeded by 2-3 min shot day will be marked

I haven't been at SNVA for very long but over the past two months, and through my two month experience, I've found it to be a good place to work. The managers are incredibly supportive and i have built strong bonds with my colleagues. It's a place that truly values its employees potential. Over last 2 years I’ve been part of SNVA. It’s a place where one can truly invest for their professional growth. It's a place where you can stay for years and no one ever asks you to leave unless you are actually really bad at your work, which makes sense. We were never asked to stretch even on the bad days and the work life balance was well managed here.

Disclaimer: I'll be utterly honest even though being there for a good enough time they didn't give me a healthy exit but that's conditional basis your looks and gender, and this is not a rant but a true advice. I would say the top exec level management here is filled with filth and inappropriate gestures for the females in the organization. I would say, It's a decent place to work for guys but women are treated as an objects. Also they cant see an employee taking an exit. There are 10000 non sense statements mentioned in the employee handbook that they give during half n hour induction....Read More
