1. Very bad company can close anyday (kbhi bhi band ho sakta hai) 2. Very abusive management (literally gaali dete hai) 3. Company treat employees as labourers

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
