I like the client interaction Between colleagues and all. How they deliver the best on time to customer. But they don't aware of such things about the market analysis. Least knowledge of market that what is booming now in many companies. There server is always down which is very pathetic.

Dislikes

I dislike the office politics. Work culture is not good. They don't think that employee is there asset without them they are nothing. Very bad experience because I am fresher when I joined that company.

Work Details

Work policy: We have to go office on alternate days for 6 months after that on regular basis. Because client require on-site employee from there vendor company employee.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Nothing to like about this company.No respect for resources.Extended working hours everyday.Late working with no extra pay.Seniors not cooperative and having not helping attitude with local politics.

Dislikes

Worst company in terms of work culture.I recommend not to join this company ever.Specially java team is worst.No support from senior with huge local politics.
