Unfortunately, due to funding issues. Lay Offs and all. Even they did in best possible way. Every laid off employee was given full three months salary :)

Peak in office Politics, The management will delay the appraisal cycle for an indefinite time period without any reason or prior notice. A fresher will join as a Graduate Engineer Trainee for 6 months period and the management will increase probation period (4-5 months) without any communication and reason. Worst case they will firethe candidate before the completion of probation period (50% chances). The management won't give you any concrete answer to any of the queries related to appraisals, promotion and conversion (intern -> full-time) they will simply reply "We are looking into it". Very disappointed. Negative Environment in Taxation Department. Feel like toxic They fire you anything due to company in lossess & low budget, Cash Cruncies. Senior think, she hire you then only you do all work, i have no duty even to check junior work and then fire you if you make even 1 mistake
