Due to COVID-19, most of the companies is going through the bad shape and Snapdeal is one of them. The internal job posting is frequently come and anyone can switch the role at any time, appraisal is becoming lesser year by year, learning environment is there, office atmosphere is fantastic, like every company politics exist too. Overall you can survive 1-2 year easily here.

I majorly worked for Home Furnishing Category, it was seasonal category. I was taking care of north vendors. Initially was it was a little hectic for me but I slowly and steadly learnt things and improved. Work life balance was okay!!
