Good place to work, safe for women, employee friendly environment.

Dislikes

It has become overcrowded with consultants. Pay scales for nursing and lower staff need enhancement.

If I talk about my colleagues , they are super good . One can learn a lot with their senior doc, work environment is cool one should hv put efforts sometimes to correct some things . Sometimes I feel some people in management are unnecessary . During this breakdown of covid 19 , everybody is working together like a team . They are providing us all the stuff we need. One day this hospital gonna best in Amritsar as well in Punjab....Read More

I don't find any problem. But yes I feel growth in salary is slow
