The company is very good, there is a lot to learn, the missionaries here are of new technology due to which skill development is good.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Relax work environment with no burden of Targets. Teammates are kind and supporting and seniors are understanding.

Dislikes

Salary hikes, incentives, promotion frequency is very less hence career growth is slow. Training sessions don't happen. As no target oriented working fashion employees becomes lazy to work which is already affecting their professional career.
