You get to learn a lot if you are a fresher, you get a team which is available to you 24/7 as you have to live with them. You are trained on the site location and you get to travel a lot if you are interested

Dislikes

Poor salaries for executives and low levels, even the appraisal involves politics.

My work involves lot of travelling and liasoning. I was the mediator between head office, site, government, Project manager and employees. All the reports involving their smooth and harmonious functionality were provided by me.

You will receive the salary in the same month if there is delay they will clear all the due payments with in two months.There is no politics at site level and the employees are so good as We don't know the corporate culture and politics

Dislikes

There is no career growth in terms of learning new things and there is no proper system of maintaining protocol as t our Project Manager directly interact with me not with my reporting HR Manager.Salary increment very low it means employees will not receive any increase in salary it is adjusted in different heads Due to which most of the employees leave the firm
