• Overload of work, smaller teams handling large work. •Salary less than market standard. • Bossism, favourism, nepotism, leniency in working. • Older folks doesn't want to change their ways of working, which in fact affects everyone's work in team. •Although company policies refrain people from working in leaves, but people keep calling/mailing during leaves/holidays for work.

SMS is a very good company. There is a lot to learn in Mechanical field and the best thing is that German technology is used here which is very cost effective for us.
