Secondly, In the International Team, the HOD and his chamcha they both are good for nothing and a very funny game play is going on - On one hand the Management is hiring to boost the International Team so that International Business can grow, on the other hand HOD knows very well that he is completely incompetent in bringing new business so HOD and his Chamcha will start mentally harassing you (newly hired) and very slowly they will push you to that extent that either you will resign your self and go or they will start portraying you incompetent and management will throw you out, because they both need a scapegoat every 3-4 months after to sacrifice and divert the attention of Management.
