If you are a part of this organization you can survive even in the worst place on earth. There is nothing to like about this company especially for the Flipkart process. The AMs are not in control of their manager, there policy keeps on changing. They hire new sets of employees make them work like donkeys once the need is over they will kick you out of the system.

Politics and baisness, back bitching, treating you as a bandhuaa majdoor. This company owns your life in the name of company requirements when it comes to compensate they will not do that. They will promise you work from home but actually they are hiring you for work from hell. The company doesn't has any ethics or code of conduct. They only have one rule i.e. if a person is raising a point they will simply maje that particular a behaviour issue out of that person. Even Tl are asked to find and prove behaviour issue of the agents so, on behaviour issue basis they can be kicked out of the company. Beware of smarterbiz Flipkart process. In smarterbiz if you are not buttering your boss get ready for a miserable life.The famous dialogue of the manager is "Bloody Hell". All the seniors over here will make your life hell. Also don't ask about the salary as you will get peanuts.

The management in the supervisor level is pathetic. They hired me to do certain job for a certain payment. But now they just keep on adding extra work with no payment increase. Not a good company. If flipkart is reading this then I work for your process here and I have never ordered anything from flipkart as your company is dealing with Smarterbiz.
