smartData is not a great company all management person are worthless only 1 or 2 VPs are there those are really care about employees rest are only there for CEO buttering. There timing policies are very poor if you late 10mins they deduct your short leave and if you late more than 2 days they deduct your half day. They not give appraisal on time and if you ask for appraisal they will give you lame excuse regarding your performance, your timing and many XYZ thing and delay your appraisal or fire you....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
