Management who never trusted to team who were working for the organisation on ground , but theybelived management who sitting and buttering , reason specified if u r in sales at any level u have to be on ground that means fpr entire team is working and visiting to top organisation as reported for practial fact finding and then taking decision

worked for 3+years, joined as area manager and promoted to regional manager and work as regional manager for 2+years. there is no company culture,every one is company here,no growth,no job security,HR policy is very terrible,very poor. basically its like shop. no work satisfaction.
