As it is networking company and I was in operation department where billing and product delivery over the counter had done. There were commission staffs were used to do business. those are from poor background and they joined under one leader who earn the heavy commission from the company. there were lots of conflicts and police cases were occurred but still company running and these networking companies never make advertisements on national basis and all because of networking format. not at all growth and people earning. I would demand government interference as they are cheating poor peoples by showing they are giving welfare by providing education from any ALLP. Top person is from south as south government does not allows this types of companies. leaders on top getting commission very high and subordinates are in hopes that they will get that position, all are fake dream that has been showing by leaders. products are all fmcg. here ALLP institutes opened by many persons who want to do business. All about making money. I was high qualified there and working with 10-12th standard old boys and men. SVPSL really doing phishing. Really a terrible experience I had when I worked in this company.. Salary will not credits ontime Sunday many sunday I had worked from Saturday morning 10 to night 3 AM Sunday No OT provided for extra hours duty we did. need to continue billing and dispatch untill the Last IBA, or Smart shoppe owner left . without thinking about working hours. Every Sunday need to work till 3-4 Am from Saturday morning 10. Salary they provide for fresher below 10 K.. If we talk to IBA Or Smart shoppe owner that office working hours ends we will close office..They will directly contact to their leaders..And immediately we will get call from our area manager or higher authority that we received complaint against you .. No separate executive for billing and dispatch.. Billing will be done in their own domain..no any other Accounting software like Tally, SAP etc..
