Job security is a small concern. There has be 3 phases of WFR during my 1 yr 8 months with the company. As long as the employee is able to prove the worth to the org, this shouldn't be too much of a concern.

Plenty of problems to solve from an Engineering Standpoint. Good engineering culture and openness to new solutions.

Lack of consistency at leadership level. Too many org level changes in a short span of time. Low confidence in leadership.

Zero Job security, you are just a number if company profit goes down you are expendable. If you are looking for money come for sure but think again if you looking for mental peace and Job security.
