It was very worst experience, SLS is not well organized company. They are not professionals. Even SLS don't pay salary at the time. Punctuality doesn't matters for them. They promises quality but they don't give it. First of all they don't have knowledge abt construction. In Plotting project also they don't keep transparency. My jobwas of site supervisor, but they treated me like watchman. Over all I suggest not to go for SLS constructions pvt ltd....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
