There is no career growth and there are lot of politics and the resources from team leads to senior managers don't know how to manage the resources and also they are dont even understand the requirements. If a resource has done a good job in a project they will never ever encourage that person instead they will try to find mistakes and they will degrade their confidence and self respect. There are some of the functional resources who i would consider as waste fellows when coming to technology and also understanding the functional requirements. To retire this is the best company But if u want good hike or u want to learn something new if u stay there for more than 2 years it's waste

Instead of paying you for the work you do they give you some amount and tie you up for 1 more year. If you don't have own transport you have to rely on office cab. Public transport form that location is very less.
