Likes

Developers are quite friendly and always ready to help each other. You learn a lot from the senior developers and how they tackle difficult problems.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Good
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Management is terrible. No feedback whatsoever. They will judge your performance behind you but never give you any feedback. Also, you can get fired at any time. At the office, you get the work, you do it. Many times the job requirements are not clear and it usually falls on poor management.

Job security - Bad
Company culture - Poor

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
