I am working in this company since 4 Years and what I observed is Sleuths India Detectives has better job security at any level. Lots of chance to skill development. They are very proactive iin their approach to employee retention, inclusion, diversity and belongings. My managers and teammates are incredibly supportive and helpful, which has been the source of my success with the company.

Dislikes

At times work pressure is high but then next day it is eased so it can be managed and no any dislikes from my side.

Sleuths provides opportunity to up skill, since in this company I am always around prestigious retired officials which itself is a matter of pride and there's a lot to learn with them. Work environment is amazing, always celebrations, respect for every single employee is what it drags my love more towards this company. Enough of freedom to experiment with yourself in different areas with many different cases. Hunger for more is always nurtured maturely. Mine role here is to have interactions with people around the world and build a strong relatioship with client which is a challenging job as we have to win their trust first so that they can express their personal problems.I have excel a lot in all aspect
