I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements. I am supposed to follow the orders of my superior, and that's it.

Worst management i would like to say at first. There is no support from the sleek. Just they will train you how to design and leave you to do sales. Job is not secured as you have to be the middleman between company and the dealer, you don't have any freedom to design as there is limited materials, shades, finishes. For the designation you are Designer but you will be pushed to do 85% of sales and 15% of designing.. If you are literally a technical person please avoid this job. Very stressful and target oriented work. There is no freedom of designing, we can't gov proper time to family. Totally they will think that they hav adopted you and you have to be like a puppet in their hands.
