Management is very poor,not supporting to anyone lower level , when i resigned they said u didn't visit market then they can approve my extensions,then why they can't call to me between 2 months you are not visiting market,if i not then how I get my salary per month if not visited to market. Before resignation ,I talked to my manager please approve my attendance atleast whatever day I will worked at least those money can I get.But it overall 1.months have passed they didn't release my salary. Working culture is very very poor . Managers will let us to do new things even if creates some chaos they will value the hard work and so on. There will high appreciation even for a small initialisation.

Company’s higher management is very slow. New products focusing some times irritates to the core. The salary and the perks is very much low compared to other companies.

All things are terrible here on Operations Part. No support from any one, Management is very poor, they'll give you loads of work at a time and you have to travel 2-3 regions even if there is any natural calamity the management will tell you to go on the hill stations. Very inexperienced Designers and company giving them freedom as they're selling products but not at all a good place for operations team . Managers will give their work to you . You'll be treated like a slave they don't just fire employees as no one will work only you'll be working in the operations group. Even if you're traveling for company work purpose their account team will harass you after providing genuine bills , Reimbursement teams are worthless and believe me this company doesn't know how to give proper atmosphere for work. Full of politics, they will fool you about your job role, they should modify their job designation from planning specialist to excel specialist. Everyone is just jealous of everyone. You just have to complete the orders and sometimes you have to work till 7 PM.
