They will not follow the weekly roaster, They will call at any time and tell the shift at any time,No travel allowance is given,more time to work there minimum 8.30hrs,weekly 6days to work no proper schedule for weekoff

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
