Everything. The company boasts about having work life balance but in reality we are expected to work overtime in peanuts salary. No incentives are provided. Ceo directly micromanages associates. No managers in important departments. Terrible work culture. No encouragement. Do nothing provide holidays or leavea. Provide salary with unnecessary deductions.

The major problem is the management of this company first they'll torture you till your mental health breaks down and then the coffin in the nail will be the CEO of this company. Be aware of the HR she is a habitual liar. She herself is not working in the office and fakes everybody that the culture of the office is brilliant and what not. Just be aware of her lies and once you'll leave the job they due to the toxic culture they're fair chances that she'll threaten you to send a legal notice. Guys long things short don't do this to yourself. There is not a single employee in the company who has worked for more than 6 months from the office because of the toxic culture they have made. Salary bhi 7 Tarik ko dete hai taki log kahi or na join kar paye or 7 din free me kaam hojaye. Freshers specially please don't join this company.
