I work in Skylark foods..there was nothing professional about the company..I was manager in paper but with no team..they appoint every1 as manager. So i like nothing but I have very long story about my dislike

Now the final part what I dislike... Everything..you will suprise when dispatch manger don't pik your call n put your number on block list.. Driver are unprofessional they know nothing about frozen food, they delivered they stock in thaw form. Person with chatukar n family friends are employee here n promoted here, we have our RSM who was from non frozen company, later he was promoted as NSM n we suprised that we have 2 report to him, who taken training from us. The margin we r getting to our distributor is completely different from Delhi team, south and chautkar team. If customer approch 2 company directly his margin is mismatch with our margin ( which we offer him) Simple no word him.. Beautiful girl are easily hired here with more salary, wether she is experienced or with zero knowledge. No proper system, no ethic kuch bhi sehi nai hai..
