Overall work experience was very poor and pathetic due to unorganized structure and poor management with no appraisal and proper designation will be provided and for the people who's willing to work from home as a slave can join this organization without any hesitation.

I don't like anything about SKOCH it was a mistake which a person did by joining it. IN COVID they laid off all members stating no MONEY for the salary, and also making false allegation of Company Data theft, which they said because you are working from home.

Dislikes

Everything, u can't stand up to the Top Management as they don't listen and pretend they don't know anything. Girls are not treated properly also all Employees are treated as PAID SALVES they have bought on monthly basis. NEGATIVE REVIEW should not be given to SKOCH.

I worked in every aspect they wanted if u need a office boy we were there if u needed a scout boy we were their even to just stand a false crowd we were there no proper task were given always was on their mood what to make us do
