The company overall is wonderful to work with. However, the content development department in India (Hyderabad) is the worst ever. There is a "jungle raaj" in that department with one goon sitting at the top. He doesn't allow anyone to move forward and even put his/her point of view on the table. And if someone tries to, that personis either laid-off or becomes a victim of politics. A lot of project managers have gone from the content department in the past. I am shocked to see that the organization never bothered to know the reasons. The management should start questioning the "idiot" sitting at the top...Read More

Content development department in India. The management here especially the director is somebody who doesn't deserve to be there. The entire content development team is a mess and this person doesn't allow anyone to speak. And if you dare to speak, you will be kicked out.
