Pathetic company, no work life balance, worked for 5 months 1st 2 months they'll send you at time after that they'll make you work like donkeys till night 10-11 pm, 12 hrs of work culture, Managers will pass on religion comments and insultive behaviour. Sales Managers are pretty chill unlike other edtech's they don't do micromanagement. The targets are also reasonable. Got to learn a lot from Rohan and Deepak. Should thank them for mentoring me

Seniors and Team Leads are very helpful and will always motivate you to be the best version of yourself. There is no additional pressure except the work pressure. An informal dress code is allowed and the staff is chill and doesn't intervene much in your work. So, you can work at your own pace and be comfortable.

Dislikes

It should be a hybrid model where 2-3 days should be spent working from the office while the rest should be spent working from home. If you are applying for a Sales Role then forget about a time frame. You might as well need to work for 10-12-hour shift sometimes. There are no as such cons about the company it's mostly about this job role which is hectic.

Absolutely nothing, apart from the few good colleagues who became friends.

Everything. Toxic work culture, 10-12 hour shifts on the month ends, leadership has no prior experience other than working in this company. Even the head of sales here has no prior experience than at Skillovilla. (2 years) I wonder if the C level executives are aware of what goes on in the floor. They fire people left and right, force them to resign by saying that if they terminate itll be a bad rep on their profile. (most new hires here are freshers so they fall for it too) they make you work 6 days a week and even make you do follow ups and other stuff on sundays. 3 month experience Team leads, egos as big as the sun because they've never worked anywhere else. Incentive structure is preposterous. lot of favouritism resulting is unjust work environment.
