Teams and managers are supportive. Everyone works in a close-knit manner. 5 working days. Completely remote working. Opportunity to work with different clients and different projects.

Dislikes

Very low hike last hike last year and no hike this year. Company started off as an MNC but since late year the culture is shifting to that of a start up. Long working hours as many clients are from US. There are no employee benefits. Delay in salary and job security has also been under threat. There’s a good work life balance. If you are responsible for your work, there is no unnecessary pressure.

Dislikes

There is no proper hierarchy to get promoted and no regular review cycles. If you want to grow, there’s not much scope. If you are okay doing the same job, then it is fine.
