No security for Job at all. If you oppose or raise voice for wrong then you can be terminated anytime. A cheater and a poor company, poor environment poor policies poor ethics. Only napotism with no cooperation. Old employee don't want to upgrade and support new employee. Old Employee comes for "P" not to work.
