Lack of vision and leadership among people which creates further confusion among employees. Blame and avoid strategy of higher management. Zero work life balance and you will not be provided opportunity to enhance performance as there is continuous changes in position and structure of company.Company structure is changed after every 6 months and frequent transfer of people
