Bad company to work with. Does not pay well. HR is worst team. They say company will pay variable of 15% at the time of joining. They are complete liars. You don’t even get half. Zero ethics and culture. I don’t recommend anyone joining atleast in Bangalore, India office.

Company provides enough opportunity for learning and upskill the knowledge. Scope for work in multiple roles by internal transfer. Have support of parent organization in difficult times. Opportunity to work across globe.

No growth unless you are a Yes type employee. No transparency in promotions and transfers - Most of these things happen in dark and unless you have good lobbying skills, your career is doomed there. Performance doesn't count. Frequent change of leadership team, no long term vision for company. And top of that, organization structure is insanely complex, so business process and approvals are very slow. During Covid time 20% of staff was fired and they didn't provide option of work from home, though with their job role they can work from anywhere. No empathy of management towards employees....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. My zonal manager Prashant Kumawat was so coordinator for everything and he's very helpful.

Dislikes

Their 3rd party payroll is worst ever seen anywhere, conveyance and expenses are paid after 4 months, and their is no data for salary, delayed without any specific reason everytime.
