Some policies are employee friendly. The food and travel is free of cost which is good.

Dislikes

The management especially the current MD is terrible. He fires people without giving them a reason and feels that he is a company well wisher. Everyone is scared about losing their jobs anyday.

SKF, now a days jab security is zero, work culture is good but too much pressure of work, management is not supportive, too much politics, company policy are very good but on paper

Lot of politics, no openness, no career growth for experience person, required talking more rather than working
