Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. My zonal manager Prashant Kumawat was so coordinator for everything and he's very helpful.

Dislikes

Their 3rd party payroll is worst ever seen anywhere, conveyance and expenses are paid after 4 months, and their is no data for salary, delayed without any specific reason everytime.
