Engineering Company run by accountants. Zero focus on improving engineering capabilities. Only interested in extracting money from clients and showing in Balance sheet. Mid level Management is Terrible, does not have any knowledge on engineering. Site level managers are good in corruption. Moreover zero learning opportunities and Career growth. Admin & HR department is the worst. They will never respond to your queries and they won't attend your call. They don't even know the company policies. No background verification and I don't know on what basis They select the candidates. Overall a very bad experience. All the policies are just on paper. In reality you won't get anything
