They are supporting by maintaining the formalities provided by government. But they don't reduce your target as placed by you earlier . Thus if you can't achieve that target in this covid -19 period then you will be ask to give resignation letter after 6 months .

Dislikes

The HR does not have much experience and has only knowledge of book which they have read . They don't have any market reality knowledge. There is no work culture every one calls every one by his or her name Instead of calling sir or madam even to the seniors 😂😂

Work Details

I joined in December 2019 and I have to sign the annual target which was mutually agreed. But due to covid -19 the target given could not be done and they asked for resignation as I have completed 6months and not been able to complete the target .
