My team leader is just securing her job by defaming her juniors. She keeps insulting you no matter what. But the worst thing is that the superiors have the habit of supporting her by not taking any action against her. So which means there are no ears to hear your part of the story whether or not you are a defaulter.

The company is open to innovation and always adopts latest technology. As an employee I get to travel pan India. my colleagues come from various state of India and we always work as a team. There is also the employee re-hire policy.

Growth is there but very slow. Work pressure is there. I do receive appreciation emails from my schools but never bring it to our notice. Company should motivate the employees

I really enjoy my job but at the same time it is challenging, as I have to do recruitments and training to teachers and counsellors.All the travel involved gets a little hectic sometimes, but it's ok. It is really a great learning experience.
