Hello HHP, You didn't like the Work Culture- How can you like it because you can't get the time to SLEEP in the office. Actually, we were paying you to tolerate your non-diligence and negligent behaviour towards the work. Regressive Mindset- The way we were friendlier to you no other would do that. If we have a regressive mindset you won't have got 1 month to Work From Home to take care of your mother and brother. We understood your situation and believed the false information (lies) you have told for taking leaves, and breaks (without completing the tasks) for which the company suffered a lot. Poor Job Security- OHHH. That's why from 10k per month you got a 100% increment within 5 months of joining. We terminated you because of your rude behaviour with directors (without any reason) and the chaos that you created inside the office premises. No Benefits- As mentioned earlier that you are the only one who got 1 month WFH to take care of your Mother and our company provides 1 CL per month and 1 WFH for each month. Still saying that you didn't get benefits. GREAT!!! Compensation- What compensation? For not completing work on time. Dear, you're terminated but still, we mentioned that your salary will be given. In our words, you're such a big mistake to the companies history of 4 years being a senior in the house you provoked other employees, office politics is your part, you're such a liar that you don't like office cams so that you can talk over the phone or go to sleep like provoking is in you and rather convincing others to work you convince others for not working. We accepted many of your lies and when asked about why your focus is not on the work you lied or given some exceptions.
