There is immense learning here at Sirion and the technology stack is excellent. I am getting to work on very interesting problem statements which I am enjoying as well. Sirion has a strong Engineering team and I am glad that I can contribute as well.

My team had a lot of politics, but the good thing is I never complained and I left the organization for a much better opportunity. The good thing was HR was supportive during background check, he knew what had happened with me and supported me.

Dislikes

My peers were not at all supportive. There was a lot of blame game that happened with me. There was no manager in my team. Team lead himself used to consider himself a manager. Although he was there in the firm for more than 4 years and have an overall experience of 11+ years, no one is going to promote him. Because for that he need to have that managerial skill :). It used to be good before COVID but now there are fixed timing and it's just work these days .. considering the covid crisis and unhealthy environment ..it would be good sometimes to unload employees for just a bit

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
