if you are a female and ready to give extra service to managers. Your job is secure. They will make you manager in 6 months and put all PO in the girls name all pass throughs. every manager has a female friend with benefits its a dirty culture

Dislikes

They want magicians for employees who can make profit for them out of thin air without providing any gear. On top of that awful senior management. Poor infrastructure (they don't even have bare minimum washroom space , just 1 person at a time) No amenities (all you get is coffee, no tea & no cafe) No cab for male employees nor any reimbursement No meal facility nor any reimbursement for it.

There is no scope for career growth. And salary hike is maximum 5-6% after 2 years, there is no option to hike your salary in every year.

Dislikes

Salary hike after 2 years and it's range between 3-6 %, no security for job company can fire any employee with very short notice (1 hour) only
