Nothing to like about this company.

Dislikes

People at high level lack basic critical thinking skills and cannot handle constructive criticism. No personal development, unhealthy and toxic work environment for qualified people. Management is very poor. They talk big and do nothing. The company does not keep its promises towards its employees. I hope they analyse and figure out what they are doing wrong.

Work Details

Overall all it was unsatisfactory, i was promised big things at the time of joining, but in the end it turned out to be all talks and no action. No freedom of exploring ideas, no creativity no support for knowledge or skills. No benefits were also given.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
