I also like the company policies, work culture its totally next level. I didnt even imagine i got to work with TATA TRUSTS which is leading non profit company. And here Job security is for lifetime.

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive. Management arranged online training was most useful.

Salary process is very slow. We haven't received the Oct 2020 salary yet. My teammates working in the project with TDD (Tribal development deportment, Maharashtra govt) The tata trust will handover the project to TDD, after the project handed over, we dont know about our future.

The job we are working for tribal students were more satisfied. We spending our knowledge to implement the project. Same time we gaining knowledge.
