The company works in a typical stereotype manner limiting employees from expressing their ideas, opinions or solutions. It completely works on the basis of nepotism. The performance management process is highly flawed providing zero transparency to the employee over their feedback and expectations from/to the line manager. The senior management turns a deaf year to employee needs. The environment is filled with negative attitude of work colleagues and managers, limiting scope of an employee to deliver quality work. The half salary that we get after tds and mandatory insurance policy there . The VIP culture! Doctors are treated like shit ! It’s purely corporate. Nobody cares if you join or you leave . All they want is to get the work done. No leaves .. no sick leave , no emergency leave , nothing !! You are literally punished if you take a leave!
