The company was good but HR process and the HR was not good at all not helpful and also not in good behavior as well. In my department the head of the department was good but the senior scientific officer was very dominating and very un professional to the work as well with the employee.

The half salary that we get after tds and mandatory insurance policy there . The VIP culture! Doctors are treated like shit ! It’s purely corporate. Nobody cares if you join or you leave . All they want is to get the work done. No leaves .. no sick leave , no emergency leave , nothing !! You are literally punished if you take a leave!
