In this firm even if u work hard give your 100% no one is going to appreciate you if you do 10 good things and make 1 mistake the only thing that is going to count is your mistake not only the good work u did. And even if you do all the things that are necessary working overtime waiting after completion of office hours nothing is going to be appreciated. In the end ur manager will only get appreciated. Even if you come before time so that u login in the dialer at perfect 9.00 or 9.30 still they are going to make u sit more 1 hr this is not how a company should function.
