The Company is a great place to work. Extensive Learning opportunities, freedom to complete a task, management is appraochable and is open to new ideas. Inspite of being at this position, i have never being asked to work late after office hours.

Bad work culture, females in the company are the worst all they know is politics and and how to beg for 'work from home'. The reason why I left that copany was because of this only. Females in the company take no credibility of their work.
